By installing and using the Excerpt Pro Chrome extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. License Grant

Free Version: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the basic features of Excerpt for personal use.

Pro Version (Lifetime): Upon purchase, you are granted a perpetual license to use the Pro features (Local Database, Full-text Search, Import/Export) for the current version of the software. This is a one-time purchase; no recurring subscription is required for these local features.

3. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with Excerpt Pro, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

4. Limitation of Liability

Excerpt Pro is provided "as is". Since all data is stored locally on your device, we are not responsible for any data loss caused by hardware failure, browser crashes, or accidental deletion of browser storage. We strongly recommend using the "Export" feature regularly to back up your data.

5. Intellectual Property

The code, design, and branding of Excerpt Pro are the intellectual property of the developer. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or redistribute the extension without express permission.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Significant changes will be announced via our website or extension updates.
